I was just reading your blurb on buying a house at the wrong time. If it’s the wrong time to buy, does that mean it’s the right time to sell? And if you sell at the right time, is that a wrong time to buy?
You’re makin’ my head hurt, dude! The quick answer is “yes.” If you’re looking at the top or bottom of a market, then one person is going to win big, making the other a big, fat loser.

I’m going to see Gravity this afternoon, actually. OG said that he actually liked Prisoners better than Rush, though Rush was great. The surprise for me was how much Cheryl liked Rush even though she doesn’t like racing.
I loved the podcast this week, especially hearing about mistakes that even some of our esteemed bloggers have made. Not that I delight in others misery, but it’s nice to know that smart & successful people can make big blunders & bounce back from them.

Normally I delete podcasts I listen to (to save space on my iPod) but I may have to keep this one just to hear Len’s song in its entirety over and over again.
