I liked the podcast, and it’s reassuring to know we aren’t hurting ourselves by paying off our debt. The only worry I have is re: a future mortgage for rental properties or our next primary residence. But I’d like to think the underwriter would look at our real financial picture, rather than just a 3 digit score.
