How great would it be to pocket $2,500 in shares of Apple stock?
We’re happy to help bring you an opportunity.
Our friends at Nvestly are putting on this contest and asked us to join (in fact, Joe will be linking an IRA this week to Nvestly and blogging about his stock picks, also!). They’re a social investment platform which allows users to follow top investors (and Joe) and see their real portfolio holdings. Similar to companies like Mint.com or the Yodlee Money Center, users can connect their brokerage accounts to see how they’re stacking up against friends and other investors.
The service just launched in October, and Nvestly is currently tracking over $25M in assets. The top decile investors are outperforming the S&P 500 for the last year. By bringing a social component to online investing, Nvestly allows users to follow top traders and collaborate on new investment ideas.
What’s the cost? Free.
We’ll share more about this when Joe signs up, but Nvestly never shares the exact dollar amount of investments…only the names.
Contest Details: Shares will be transferred through SharesWell to the winner and the contest ends on Thanksgiving Day.
